All prices quoted on this web site exclude VAT.

 

Although every effort will be made to ensure prices quoted on this website are correct. From time to time unavoidable price increases may occur at short notice, where possible customers will be advised of any changes. IMS (Euro) Ltd reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice. Title of the goods remains with IMS (Euro) Ltd until the goods supplied have been paid for in full. Damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified within three working days. All goods are sold in good faith, fit for purpose and not on a sale or return basis. Thirty day trading accounts are available only at the discretion of IMS (Euro) Ltd.

 

Every effort is made to offer a quick and efficient service. Orders should be faxed, e-mailed or ordered on-line with purchase order numbers where possible. For the majority of mainland UK, orders received by 2pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day and orders received up to 4pm will be dispatched for delivery next day where possible. Customers will be informed if items are not currently in stock and those items will be delivered later by arrangement.

 

Currently delivery is free to the majority of mainland UK for all orders over fifty pounds before VAT. The exceptions are Northern Ireland, off-shore UK islands and areas of the UK designated as remote and surcharged by the main carriers. IMS (Euro) Ltd reserves the right to pass any delivery surcharge on to the customer with prior notice where possible. The small order value surcharge will vary but currently does not exceed six pounds. The small order value surcharge will not apply to part orders unless the complete order falls below fifty pounds before VAT.

 

IMS (Euro) ltd reserves the right to refuse any order placed where there is any indication that the goods may be used for an unlawful purpose or where the purchaser exceeds the payment terms as dictated by the company. IMS (Euro) Ltd reserves the right to insist on payment for goods in advance of dispatch.
